HOW TO BUILD YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

It is the vital key to resisting and overcoming disease, Common illness has like colds and flu are more likely to strike when we're depressed, And the reason that golden staph, a relatively harmless bacterium, is considered so virulent in hospitals is that it will take hold in patients who already have impaired immunity through the body's efforts to overcome illness or surgery.


When the immune system is strong, disease-causing agents face an uphill battle. To achieve this ideal state we first need this three basic essentials. This three basic essentials that are required are for optimum health and well-being, They are, Clean water, Good food and clean air, the first requires alittle self education and effort, it is admittedly easier to throw a sausage in a frying pan than prepare fresh vegetables and other nutrient-rich foods. For those who can spare the time, growing organic produce is a relaxing hobby and a sensible alternative.


Dietary supplements such as vitamins, herbs and enzymes are becoming increasingly accepted as a means to improve the body functioning and boost the immune system, live in a place where there is enogh fresh air not contaminated air, drink atleast two glass of clean water before brushing your teeth in the morning, give a gap of 25 to 30 minutes before eating and make sure the water is very clean not this sachet water we call (pure water), it is not clean. Don't overcook vegetables, 3 or 4 minutes is enough. This recipe give blood to the body and keep you fit. You better rely on preventative health care, rather than begin a desperate search for remedies, one's illness has taken hold.
