GET RID OF THAT STRETCH MARKS NOW



It is very common that almost every woman in a specific time of their lives will develop stretch marks. Others, simply have a generic predisposition to stretch marks and get them everywhere and others, neverdevelop stretch marks at all.

They look like reddish lines across the body, and with time they will turn white. In pregnancy it is common to have them, due that the skin it's stretching very rapidly to accommodate the baby and the milk stored in the breasts.

Once the stretch mark develop they will stay with you forever; but with time they will be less noticeable. The only way to avoid stretch marks is preventing them. What causes stretch marks? stretch marks are caused by excessive stretching of the skin.

Pregnancy, rapid weight gain or loss and puberty, are the usual causes of stretch marks. Almost half of all expectant women and many teenagers will acquire this condition.

Pregnant women start to develop marks on the abdomen during the second half of pregnancy as the skin stretches to accomodate the growing baby. However, besides the abdomen, stretch marks commonly occur on the hips, breasts and buttocks due to either gaining or losing weight in these areas.

Depending on your skin color, the marks start out as pink, reddish brown, or dark brown streaks. The reddish-brown pigmentation in the marks gradually fades, and the stretch marks or "striae" begin to look like glistening silvery lines of scar tissue.

OPTION 1: Make sure in your diet you are getting plenty of protein and foods rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin E, they promote good tissue growth.

1/2 cup virgin olive oil.
1/4 cup aloe vera gel.
liquid from 6 capsules of Vitamin E.

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. After that pour the mixture into a jar and store it in the fridge. The best part about Kegels is that you can do them anywhere — in the car, during a boring meeting, or even when lying in bed. You can also purchase certain products, such as pelvic exercisers, to help with your Kegels: You insert a pelvic exerciser into your vagina and then clench your muscles around it — in time you will even be able to do this while standing up! Just be sure to incorporate Kegels into your daily routine.

There are many other great "exercises" you can do, too, including yoga positions, that can strengthen your pelvic floor and heighten your sexual response.
